Belt conveyors
A versatile solution for moving small parts, packaging and bulk items. They run in pharma, alongside injection molders and anywhere continuous flow matters.
We design and build material handling systems — belt, chain, modular and strip conveyors, plus industrial turntables and manipulators. Every installation matched to the client's product, footprint and cycle time.
In modern manufacturing, output is decided by the smooth flow of material — from raw input to the finished product. Material handling systems are all the devices that move, position and feed the product between successive process stages.
At Art Mech Studio we design them as custom solutions — from conveyors and turntables to assembly tables and end-of-arm tooling for robots. The line then runs faster, more safely, and with fewer stoppages.
We match the construction to the product the conveyor has to handle smoothly. Below — the segments where we deliver the most projects.

A versatile solution for moving small parts, packaging and bulk items. They run in pharma, alongside injection molders and anywhere continuous flow matters.
Built to move containers, bottles and single products — used in bottling lines. Straight and curved sections, adjustable widths.
The belt is built from modules selected for the specific environment — high and low temperatures, chemicals, oils. Single segments are replaced without dismantling the whole unit.
For larger products where one dimension dominates — glass, panels, long parts. Stable construction, available straight and curved.

A positioning turntable rotates the product where transport lines intersect, directing it onto the right track. It also creates an emergency offset zone when something further down the line needs intervention.
We design them with a drive sized to the product mass (from light containers up to 5-tonne loads) and with control synchronised with the rest of the line. The target position is repeatable — the same every cycle.

A complement to transport — assembly tables, operator manipulators and end-of-arm tooling for industrial robots (grippers, effectors). Everything tied into a single technological chain.

Every workstation is designed in CAD. This lets us check collisions, operator ergonomics and motion envelopes before anything goes to the machines — saving you costly corrections on the shop floor.
The client receives the visualisation, documentation and a list of key components (PLC, sensors, drives) before production even starts.

Every system is drafted in CAD for a specific line, product footprint and cycle time — without the compromises of off-the-shelf catalogue solutions.
Straight and curved sections, various widths, variable turn angles. The line can grow with the process and be reconfigured without replacing the whole unit.
Guards, presence sensors, emergency stop with instant controller response — compliant with production-station requirements.
Smooth running, stable speed, short turntable positioning cycles. The line never slows the pace of production.
Belts and materials selected for the specific environment — temperature, chemicals, oils, food, packaging, glass.
Worn modular-belt elements are replaced without dismantling the whole conveyor. Short downtime, low maintenance cost.
